RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your SELVA BLANC pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

RETURN WINDOW

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be shipped or postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, an item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

Some products are final sale and cannot be returned. A final-sale designation will be clearly noted on the product page. Final-sale restrictions do not apply when a return is required by applicable law or when an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Go to our Returns Portal and sign in, or create an account, using the same email address used at checkout. Select the item or items you want to return and submit your request.

Do not mail a return before it has been approved. Items returned without prior authorization or that do not meet the eligibility requirements might not be accepted.

DOMESTIC UNITED STATES RETURNS

After an eligible U.S. return is approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid return label. A flat-rate return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund, unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers may request an eligible return within the same 14-day return window. International return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining the shipping receipt until the refund is complete.

Before shipping an international return, follow the customs instructions provided with the return authorization. The parcel must be accurately described as returned merchandise, include the original order number where requested, and use accurate item values. Do not mark a return as a gift. We cannot accept cash-on-delivery, postage-due, or unauthorized international returns.

Original outbound shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise. After a Managed Markets order has been fulfilled, duties, customs charges, and VAT might not be refundable. Any return shipping, customs, carrier, or brokerage charges assessed against SELVA BLANC because return instructions were not followed may be deducted from the refund to the extent permitted by law.

Direct international exchanges are not available. An exchange is treated as a new international order and can trigger new shipping charges, duties, and taxes. Approved items may instead be returned for a refund, and a replacement size or style may be purchased in a separate order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After review, we will provide appropriate return or replacement instructions and cover reasonable return shipping when required.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider might require additional processing time.

For Managed Markets orders refunded within 30 days of purchase, Shopify applies the original protected currency-conversion rate. Currency conversion differences may apply after that period.

RETURN RESPONSIBILITY

Until an approved return is delivered to us, the item remains the customer’s responsibility. Please use the provided domestic label or a tracked international shipping method and keep proof of shipment.

MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the consumer-protection laws applicable to your purchase.
