Return Policy
We want you to love your Selva Blanc pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In original condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Final sale items: Some items cannot be returned. If a product is final sale, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
How to request a return (Self-serve)
- Go to our Returns Portal.
- Sign in (or create an account) using the same email used at checkout.
- Select the item(s) you want to return and submit your return request.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a prepaid return label.
Fees
A flat-rate return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
Return Conditions
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. We are not responsible for items returned without prior approval or that don’t meet our return criteria.
Until we receive your return, the item remains your responsibility. We recommend using the provided return label or a trackable shipping method.
International returns
International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be arranged independently.
