Shipping & Delivery

Processing time: Please allow 2–3 business days for us to carefully prepare and dispatch your order.

Shipping methods: Complimentary standard shipping within the U.S. is included on all orders over $100, with expedited options available at checkout.

Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed once your parcel leaves our atelier so you can follow its journey.

Returns & Exchanges

Return window: We accept returns on eligible items postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible items: Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed and unaltered—with all original tags and packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping: A flat‑rate return shipping fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to initiate a return: Submit a request through our contact form with your order details and we will provide a pre‑approved return label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval may be sent back at your expense.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5‑10 business days. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return conditions: Until we receive your return, the item remains your responsibility. We recommend using our provided label or a trackable shipping method. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage or misuse may be rejected.
